Bharat Bijlee Limited recommends dividend of Rs 35

The Board of Directors of Bharat Bijlee Limited has recommended a Dividend of ₹ 35/- per fully paid-up equity share (700%) of face value of ₹ 5/- each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.

The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing 78th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, shall be paid to the shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of the said AGM.
