Jubilant Pharmova Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Pharmova Limited has recommended final dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
