Delhivery appoints Co-founder and Chief People Officer Suraj Saharan as Whole-time Director

Delhivery Limited (NSE: DELHIVERY, BOM: 543529) today announced the appointment of Mr. Suraj Saharan, co-founder and the current Chief People Officer of the Company, as a Whole-time Director on its Board, effective immediately.

Mr. Saharan has previously run operations and has led the company's entry into the full truckload segment at its inception. In his current role as Chief People Officer, he is responsible for fostering Delhivery's highperformance culture and driving the company's talent strategy.

Mr. Saharan holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and previously worked at Bain & Company India Private Limited, ICICI Lombard Insurance Company Limited and the Unique Identification Authority of India.

Shares of Delhivery Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 321.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 323.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91231 in over 2257 trades.
