IRM Energy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of IRM Energy Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.5/- per equity share of having face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e., 15%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on a Record Date to be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
