Patanjali Foods Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Patanjali Foods Limited has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2/- (i.e. 100 %) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 to the shareholders holding shares as on record date to be declared by the Company and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The Company has already paid interim dividend of Rs. 8/- (i.e. 400%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
