Kennametal India Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 40

The Board of Directors of Kennametal India Limited have declared an Interim Dividend of INR 40/- per equity share of INR 10/- each (400%) for the financial year 2024-25 and fixed the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend as May 28, 2025. A higher rate of dividend has been declared by the Board as compared to the previous year(s) keeping in view the current strong cash flows of the Company.
