Tega Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Tega Industries Limited have considered and recommended Final Dividend of ₹ 2/- (two) per equity share (20%) of face value of ₹ 10/- (ten) each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be convened on Friday, September 19, 2025. The Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, has been fixed as Monday, September 08, 2025.
