LT Foods Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of LT Foods Limited has recommended a final equity dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Re. 1 (@100%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
