Rishiroop Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Rishiroop Limited has recommended dividend @ 15 % i.e. Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (subject to deduction of tax at source) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, for the approval of the sharehotders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Dividend, if approved by the sharehotders, will be paid/dispatched within the statutory period as prescribed under Companies Act, 2013.
