Premco Global Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Promoters and the promoter group have expressed that they will be waiving of their rights to receive the dividend. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within the statutory timelines to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the record date be fixed for this purpose.
