PTL Enterprises Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of PTL Enterprises Ltd has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e 175%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of Annual General Meeting.
