V-Guard Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Limited has recommended a final Dividend of ₹ 1.50 (150%) per equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the Financial Year 2024-25. The dividend if approved by the members at the 29th Annual General Meeting, shall be disbursed within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting i.e. on or before September 5, 2025.
