Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per share of Rs. 10/- each equivalent to 20% (Twenty percent) on paid up equity share capital of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2025, as against 50% paid for the previous year. The dividend will be subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 128th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
