The Board of Directors of Bharat Parenterals Limited have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (at the rate of 10%) for financial year ended March 31, 2025. The dividend, if approved by the members at ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be dispatched / remitted within 30 days from the date of declaration.
