United Breweries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of United Breweries Ltd has recommended a dividend of ₹ 10 (Rupees Ten only) per equity share of face value of ₹ 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Accordingly, the dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or before Thursday, September 04, 2025.
