Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.05

The Board of Directors of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 1.05/- per equity share i.e., @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend is in addition to 1st interim dividend of Rs.2.05/- per equity share and 2nd interim dividend of Rs.1.05/- per equity share already declared and paid for the Financial Year 2024-25.

After approval of the shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval.
