Alkyl Amines to consider issue of securities to promoters

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to approve the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2006 and would also consider the proposal for preferential issue of securities to the promoters of the Company.
