Comfort Commotrade Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Comfort Commotrade Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs.0.50/- (Fifty Paise Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each equivalent to 5% on paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
