Radico Khaitan Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Radico Khaitan Limited has approved the recommendation of Dividend of 200%, i.e. Rs. 4 per equity shares of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The dividend upon approval by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the date of AGM.
