GAMCO Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of GAMCO Ltd (Formerly known as Visco Trade Associates Limited) has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.10p (5%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders shall be paid within the prescribed time after conclusion of the ensuing AGM.
