Kalyani Steels Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Kalyani Steels Ltd at their meeting held on May 5, 2025, have recommended Dividend of Rs.10/- per Equity Share of Rs.5/- each (i.e. 200%), on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of the members, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
