D-Link India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of D-Link India Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 15/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from such approval, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of D-Link (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 437.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 432.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6871 in over 337 trades.
