The Board of Directors of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- (50%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting.
