City Union Bank Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of City Union Bank have recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2/- per equity share i.e., 200% on face value of Re. 1/- per equity share of the Bank for the Financial Year 2024-25, the payment of which will be subject to approval by the shareholders of the Bank at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of City Union Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 173.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 176.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36616 in over 818 trades.
