Godrej Agrovet Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 11

The Board of directors of Godrej Agrovet Limited has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 110% (One Hundred and Ten per cent) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, i.e., Rs.11/- (Rupees Eleven Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("34th AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Godrej Agrovet Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 664.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 771.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 199319 in over 8929 trades.
