Captain Technocast Ltd allots bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Captain Technocast Ltd at its meeting held on Wednesday, April, 30 2025 has approved the allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) Equity Shares held by the members as on record date April 29, 2025. The Bonus Equity Shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequently, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 11,61,00,500/- divided into 1,16,10,050 Equity Shares of Re. 10/- each to Rs. 23,22,01,000/- divided into 2,32,20,100 Equity Shares of Re. 10/- each.
