Tata Consumer Products Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8.25

The Board of directors of Tata Consumer Products Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8.25/- per equity share of Re. 1 each (825%) for FY 2024-25. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dispatched (subject to deduction of tax at source) on or after June 21, 2025.
