Wendt India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of Wendt India Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Rs.10/-) for the financial year ended 31st March 2025.

The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 43rd Annual General meeting, will be posted by 12th August 2025. In case of shareholders opting for NECS/NACH, the dividend would be credited to their accounts by 12th August 2025.

An Interim Dividend at Rs.30/- per equity share was declared by the Board at its meeting held on 22nd January 2025 and paid on 18th February 2025. With this recommendation, the total dividend for the year ended 31st March 2025 aggregates to Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only).

Shares of Wendt (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10966.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10785.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89 in over 38 trades.
