Sayaji Hotels Ltd to manage and operate Hotel owned by Unique Complex Pvt Ltd

Sayaji Hotels Limited ("the Company") had entered into a Hotels Management Agreement with Unique Complex Private Limited ("other party") on such terms and conditions and as may be mutually decided by the Company and the other party.

Sayaji Hotels Limited will Manage and Operate the Hotel owned by Unique Complex Private Limited situated at 204 B, Station Road, Civil Lines, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

The Hotel Configuration consists of - 30 room keys, Banquet Halls, Restaurants, Infinity restaurant, Bar, Office Space and other space. The Brand to be used is ENRISE.

The agreement is for 10 years from the date of commercial commencement of Hotel. After which the Agreement may be renewed on mutually agreed terms for each renewal period of 5 years.

Shares of SAYAJI HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 289.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 287.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 241 in over 26 trades.
