Kamat Hotels India Ltd announces the grand opening of The Orchid Chandigarh

Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd (KHIL), a pioneer in environmentally sensitive hospitality services in India, is proud to announce the opening of "The Orchid Chandigarh" hotel, located at the Tricity Trade Tower on Patiala Road in Zirakpur. This hotel represents a significant milestone in KHIL's expansion in North India and aims to meet the growing demand for sustainable luxury in the vibrant Tricity region, which includes Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. As a gateway to the Himalayas, including Shimla, Manali, and Rishikesh, The Orchid Chandigarh is committed to providing a refined, eco-conscious hospitality experience for discerning travelers.

The hotel offers 122 elegantly designed rooms across five categories: Deluxe, Deluxe Twin, Club, Premier and Suite, many with private balconies and scenic views. Guests can choose from four dining venues, including the fine-dining restaurant South of Vindhyas, Sky Dip Rooftop Bar & Barbeque, Boulevard MultiCuisine Restaurant, and Lobby Lounge Bar, in all accommodating over 370 guests. For private events, the hotel features more than 6,500 square feet of banquet space, including a 752 square foot private dining area suitable for both intimate and grand gatherings.
