Ashiana Housing Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Ashiana Housing Ltd in its meeting held today, apart from transacting routine items, has declared Interim Dividend at 50% i.e. Rs. 1 /- (One Rupee Only) per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share each, for the financial year ending on 31st March 2025, and such a dividend will be paid on or before 28th April 2025 (Monday) to those members whose names are registered in the Register of Members of the company as on the Record Date.

The board has fixed 11th April 2025 (Friday) as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for such Interim Dividend.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 294.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6508 in over 239 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 308.90 and intraday low of 291.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1933051.00.
