Nibe Space Pvt Ltd signs MoUs with companies to collaborate as a consortium

Nibe Space Private Limited, a Subsidiary of Nibe Limited has signed Memorandum of Understanding with leading infra & Defence Companies and Startups of India to collaborate as a consortium for supply of equipment, services, skills, systems and support services etc. for its aim to build and operate a Private Earth Observation Constellation & corresponding ground segment to provide constellation on lease basis, offer images and analytics as a service.

The MoU is entered with Larsen & Toubro Limited, Centum Electronics Limited, Space Fields Private Limited, SISIR Radar Private Limited, CYRAN AI Solutions Private Limited, AgniKul Cosmos Private Limited, DV2JS Innovation LLP, Thales Alenia Space, France and Thales India Private Limited.

These MOUs are valid for a period of 12 to 24 months as stated in the respective agreements.

Shares of NIBE Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1849.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1818.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27191 in over 1047 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1869.00 and intraday low of 1810.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49865545.00.
