Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd granted industrial license

Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited ("KSSL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited has been granted defence license by the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade under The Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, for manufacture of various defence products at its Jejuri unit.

The license shall remain in effect in perpetuity, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions specified therein.

Shares of Bharat Forge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1734.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1743.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 81616 in over 4342 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1745.15 and intraday low of 1722.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 141629139.00.
