DB Corp Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of DB Corp Ltd at its meeting held on July 16, 2024 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7 per fully paid equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The same would be paid to all eligible shareholders on or before August 14, 2024.

July 29, 2024 is fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for F.Y. 2024-25.
