D-Link India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8 and special dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of D-Link India Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share and a special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share totaling to Rs. 13/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The payment of dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, and it will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of such approval.
