Godrej Agrovet Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of Godrej Agrovet Ltd has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 100% (One Hundred per cent) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, i.e., Rs. 10.00/- (Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Thirty-Third Annual General Meeting ("33 rd AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Godrej Agrovet Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 586.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 562.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28634 in over 1812 trades.
