Ador Fontech Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Ador Fontech Ltd has declared 'Interim Dividend' at the rate of Rs.6 (Rupees six only) per equity share {being 300% on the nominal value of Rs.2/- per equity share}, which shall be subject to the consent of the Board of Directors of Ador Welding (in view of the proposed merger notification) at their meeting scheduled tomorrow ie., April 30, 2024.
