ATAM Valves Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of ATAM Valves Ltd, at its meeting held on Monday, 15th April, 2024, approved and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs.0.75/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
