Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd increases stake in JC Biotech Pvt Ltd

Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of additional stake of 5.89% in JC Biotech Private Limited, subsidiary ["JCB"] by way of purchase of 12,18,976 Equity Shares from few selling shareholders of JCB, for a consideration of Rs. 56.07 Million i.e. Rs. 46 per Equity Share. In view of this, the shareholding of the Company in JCB has increased from 89.83% to 95.72% of paid-up share capital of JCB.

Shares of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 380.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 385.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8855 in over 383 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 392.45 and intraday low of 379.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3386184.00.
