Remsons Industries Ltd announces stock split

The Board of Directors of REMSONS INDUSTRIES LIMITED at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 27th February, 2024, have approved the sub-division / split of the Company's Equity Shares - 1 (one) Equity Share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into 5 (five) Equity Shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 2/-each fully paid up, subject to approval of the members of the Company and such other regulatory / statutory approvals, as may be required.

The record date for sub-division / split shall be announced in due course.

Shares of Remsons Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1026.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 999.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 569 in over 35 trades.
