NTPC Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The board of directors of NTPC Ltd have decided, to pay second interim dividend at the rate of 22.50% i.e., Rs. 2.25/- per share) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24. The date of payment / dispatch of dividend shall be 22 February 2024.
