KDDL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 58

The Board of Directors of KDDL Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on Thursday, 18th January, 2024 has, considered and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 58 per equity share (i.e. 580%) of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2023-24.

The Interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
