IND Renewable Energy Ltd fixes Jan 8, 2024 as record date for 4:1 rights issue

The Right Issue Committee of IND Renewable Energy Limited in its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, January 02, 2024, has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares as Monday, January 08, 2024.

The Committee also approved the following schedule for the Rights Issue:

Issue Opening Date: 18th January, 2024;
and Issue Closing Date: 29 January, 2024.

Issue Price - Rs. 21/- per Rights Equity Share

Issue Size - Rs. 2542.98 Lakhs

Ratio - 4 (Four) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) Equity share held by the Shareholders as on record date.

Terms of Payment - Full amount of Rs. 21 per Equity Share is payable on application.
