Vipul Organics Limited, the BSE listed (VIPULORG / 530627) leading Specialty Chemicals company in the pigments and dyes segment, today announced the commencement of construction of its new Plant at Sayakha, Gujarat through the Bhoomi Poojan, slated for the 14 of December, 2023. Environmental clearance for the project has already been received while the necessary permissions and approvals for manufacturing at the plant are in process.
The new Plant will be spread over a total area of 25,000 square meters and will be state-of-the-art with the latest machinery and technology. The plant, once completed, shall produce Pigments & Pigment Intermediaries along with High Performance Colours. This shall result in very strong Backward and Forward Integration.
With the new facility, Vipul Organics-will have one of the largest Manufacturing capacities for Pigments and Colourants, not only in India, but throughout the World, outside of China.
In the last 2 years, Vipul Organics has been focussing on cost optimisation and value addition to the Product Portfolio. The Sayakha Plant is an important milestone towards achieving this.
