MILKFOOD Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of MILKFOOD Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 16.11.2023 have approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Board of Directors of the Company have fixed Tuesday, 28th November, 2023 as Record date for the purpose of determining the names ofthe members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.

The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before 14.12.2023 to all eligible shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Record Date.

Shares of MILKFOOD LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 585.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 592.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 642 in over 47 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 599.85 and intraday low of 581.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 379137.00.
