Goldiam International Limited receives Rs. 11.52 crores dividend from subsidiary

Goldiam International Limited has received an aggregate of Rs.11.52 crores (net TDS) from Goldiam Jewellery Limited (GJL)-Wholly Owned Subsidiary on November 13, 2023 towards 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2023-24 at the rate of Rs.128/- (i.e.1280%) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each declared by Board of Directors of GJL on November 10, 2023.
