Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd approves investments in companies

The Board of Directors of Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd have decided to make investments in other bodies corporate as under:

1. Acquiring minority stake of24% at Rs.48 lakhs in M/s Zubi Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The said Company is engaged in Web03 advisory services.

2. Acquiring minority stake in Satwik Himalayan Products Pvt. Ltd. This Company is into the business of high altitude, pure & organic food and Beauty Product.

3. Acquiring majority stake in M/s Metastar Media Private Limited. This Company is into building and monetising immersive metaverse space for singers & celebrities. Investment will be Rs.75.00 lakhs.

Shares of Alan Scott Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 82.04 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 83.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11578 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 82.04 and intraday low of 82.03. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 949857.00.
