CARE Ratings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The board of directors of CARE Ratings Ltd have declared and approved payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.7/- (Rupees Seven only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Company has fixed the record date as Friday, November 10, 2023, for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Members entitled for the payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2023-24.
