Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Vadodara, Gujrat

Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing - Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vadodara. The property which shall be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY 2026.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vadodara will feature 45 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a fitness center, a lounge and other public areas. The Vadodara airport is about 10 kms from the property while the Vadodara Junction Railway Station is just 4 kms away. The hotel is connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Kapil Sharma, Executive Vice President Chief Finance Officer, Lemon Tree Hotels commented, "We are pleased to expand our presence in the Gujarat with our valued partner Gajananay Hospitality, a Partnership Firm. This will be in addition to our 6 existing and 5 upcoming hotels and resorts in the state and we are planning to expand our footprint in the Gujarat further."

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 122.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 364560 in over 3983 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 124.20 and intraday low of 121.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44706033.00.
