The Board of directors of Salem Erode Investments Limited have considered and approved offer and issue of 2,800 Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1000/ - (Rupees One Thousand Only) each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 28,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs only) on private placement basis in one or more tranches.
